used in production of semi synthetic beta lactum antibiotics as ampicillin and cephalexin.
also HMDS/HMDZ is used to produce API like Gemcitabine, Cefprozil,Analapril melate,
Efavirenz, Sofosbuvir etc…
i. It is Ready-to-use preparations for surface treatment of silicon.
